Cancellation

Certain agreements may be canceled before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after execution as provided by applicable law.

Submit your cancellation through the method designated by Farm Finger's.

Customers should retain proof of submission and copies of all records.

Emergency Services requested by Customer may not qualify for cancellation rights if Customer authorized immediate commencement of work and waived the cooling-off period as permitted by law.

A cancellation request is effective if:

• It is submitted before midnight of the third business day;
• The agreement qualifies for cancellation under applicable law; and
• Cancellation rights were not waived.

Farm Finger's is not required to review, approve, deny, acknowledge, or respond to a cancellation request for the cancellation to become effective.

Customer remains responsible for non-refundable expenses incurred before cancellation, including:

• Materials
• Permits
• Equipment rentals
• Delivery charges
• Disposal costs
• Administrative expenses
