Please make a list of things you’d like to repair, improve or upgrade about your property. This consultation gives you the opportunity to walk us completely through the space while you give us full understanding of everything you would like to improve. This (non-refundable) fee will be subtracted from the overall cost of the project should you choose to allow us to complete your project. Based on the distance to your property we may request a larger fee.

A small patch- a hole that is less than 1' x 1' with a flat paint will be $175 and a gloss paint will be $275 depending on the wall size. 

A medium patch- a hole that is less than 3’ x 3' with a flat paint will be $375 and a gloss paint will be $475 depending on the wall size. 

A large patch- a hole that is less than 8' x 4’ with a flat paint will be $550 and a gloss paint will be $650 depending on the wall size.

These prices do not include the materials (mud or paint) however you will be provided 

Price based on the approximate weight and size of the item. ($base - $125) If you don't have mounting hardware there will be a small increase in the price.

Depends on the item. ($base - $450) We read every detail of the instructions and ensure no part is left out for a flawless assembly. No job is too small from a shoe rack to a full gazebo we do it all.

Standard door and frame replacement without glass is $500 and with glass is $650.

Wider doors will be dependent upon the size of the frame. 

Double or French door and frame replacement will be $800 without glass and $1000 with glass. 

Glass patio doors and frame will be $1200. 

Interior doors will usually be $400 with frame. 

Storm doors and screen doors will be $275. 

These prices do not include the materials (door) however you will be provided with a receipt for the materials to be added in.

Please be sure that your equipment is compatible with the intended application. ($base - $150) If new holes are needed the price will increase.

No large Main spring replacement - Recommended to contact the Manufacturer. We will greese or oil the track, springs and rollers.

This is a custom category and will need to be verified in person. Prices are subject to change. If you can dream it, we can build it. Items include building cabinets, replacing deck boards, framing walls, installing attic stairs and much more.

We recommend replacing the window rather than repairing the window. Newer windows are more efficient and will save more money on your HVAC bill. 

Standard single windows with frame are $275 if on the ground floor. If any ladder is necessary the price will be adjusted accordingly. 

Double windows with frame are $425 if on the ground floor. 

These prices do not include the materials (window or trim) however you will be provided with a receipt for the materials to be added in.

Do you have multiple projects that will take a full day? We can complete all your projects. Prices are subject to adjustment. We don’t charge by the hour but if we had to set a daily rate this would be it. There will be a minimum of 2 people
